1. We do, because that's what was placed in the unused line in the Leviathan files. Here are the lines.

No, I'm talking about Sovereign's "supposed", "old tongue" name. I was asking if it's explicitely stated that Nazara is his old name?

Who is OLD TONGUE NAME OF HARBINGER?
The first Reaper. In this cycle, amongst your kind, it is known as Harbinger. [/quote]

Those lines aren't necessarily in order. I've seen that leaked dialogue list which appears to me to be one sided for the majority of the lines and a bit scattered.

3. Like I said, it's not so much the name, but that Shepard doesn't know the name belongs to Harbinger and specifically asks the Catalyst who that is only to be told it IS Harbinger. And if we go by the lines, Shepard doesn't even know that this old name is the first reaper, possibly unaware that it's even a reaper! That's a pretty big realization to come to at the end of the game when two of the choices you have ultimately side with the reapers. Not to mention anyone that's had to suffer through all of Harbinger's insults would immediately call bull on the Catalyst's "good intentions", which is, I'm assuming, why they may have left it out.
Edit: I'm also extremely curious as to what Leviathan was initially supposed to say about the reapers and Harbinger. Especially without Shepard catching on that it's Harbinger the Leviathans are talking about.

I don't understand what you mean. I must be missing something here becase I don't see how connecting the two names together results in any kind of big realisation at the end or resulting in the misleading of which side harbinger is on.
Are you saying that the catalyst conversation was supposed to see the catalyst revealing his real name which turns out to be the same as Harbinger's or are you saying that Harby's old name is somebody that Shepard trusts? I don't get it.
