The x-axis shows the distance to the Citadel center (note that the Wards start at a distance of 12 800 m, equal to 1 g acceleration).
The y-axis shows the centripetal acceleration that an object/subject would perceive depending on their distance to the center.
As you can see a acceleration of 4.5 g is reached at the far end of the Wards. It is not deadly, but uncomfortable.
And note, that the perceived/virtual acceleration would not point towards the Wards' bottom/ground, but to the walls of a certain direction. Utter chaos in the Wards is something that should be assumed.
I hope we get some gameplay with that kind of twisted physics/environment (such as walking out of the Citadel Tower in ME 1 end mission).
