If the Citadel is still rotating, while it opens to emit the blast of space magic, can you even imagine what force the poor bastards at the far end would perceive?
Physicist mode online
... calculating...

So, I am back. I got distracted (phone call), so in realitiy I was not calculating the past 2 hours.
I think it is the easiest way to present the results in a diagram, check out the link below:
www.fotos-hochladen.net/view/unbenanntpla5rv7mg8.png
The x-axis shows the distance to the Citadel center (note that the Wards start at a distance of 12 800 m, equal to 1 g acceleration).
The y-axis shows the centripetal acceleration that an object/subject would perceive depending on their distance to the center.
As you can see a acceleration of 4.5 g is reached at the far end of the Wards. It is not deadly, but uncomfortable.
And note, that the perceived/virtual acceleration would not point towards the Wards' bottom/ground, but to the walls of a certain direction. Utter chaos in the Wards is something that should be assumed.
I hope we get some gameplay with that kind of twisted physics/environment (such as walking out of the Citadel Tower in ME 1 end mission).

So what IT clues do you guys think we might get in Omega?

I'm wondering if Shepard will get a pointed lecture from the mad Batarian prophet. Something along the lines of "Choose not the paths of vanity or compromise. Choose the right path!"

The batarian prophet is on the Citadel now, and he is decided sane acting now. He's the guy in the refugee area you give the batarian artifact to for the fetch quest.

Poor Morinth....what a way to go

She was such a nice gal after all.

She was nice TO MEEEE
:o

She should've been an LI in ME3. Looked hot in London. Posted Image

Space vampire tells me of her plight and offers to follow my lead.

How about me3 cure the Ardat Yakshi effect and get legit romance with morinth

Nope, instead I was forced to reaper blackstar her between the eyes

I didn't have to resort to such tactics cause she was dead anyway in my main playthrough. At least she didn't have to suffer a deadly blast right between the eyes. Posted Image

At least by sparing her in mass effect 2 she got to see the universe the way she always wanted to in me3. A reunion with her sisters and a cure would have been awesome though..

This. A reunion and a failed cure (over which Shepard would feel guilt showing off in dreams, of course) would make it so much more emotional when the time comes to take her life in London. Seriously, BioWare should've done it that way.

Also I apologize for no mental scarring, A GIFT IS A GIFT!

And rewatching Leviathan was interesting. I haven't been around enough lately, but has anyone ever mentioned Leviathan's projections of specific people during specific lines and the insane amount of symbolism there?
Ex.:
Leviathan(Ann) : And I must know.
-A scientist studying some minute whatever, let's say BACTERIA, under a microscope.
Leviathan at the same time is studying Shepard(a lesser being) via domination of his/her mind.
Leviathan(Fake Garneau) : We have watched it's construction before...
-The fake Garneau that Leviathan assumed control of at the mining station and the ever ominous shifty eye movement.
This one was the center of much of post Leviathan speculations if I remember. Funny that Leviathan uses such a deceptive character it enthralled recently to answer Shepard about the Crucible. Fake Garneau was also used when Leviathan mentions Harbinger.

That would be cool, though I hope that it will help us understand the crucible better (who was it that suggested that omega was a failed crucible?)

Resisting urge to grasp at straws here, but that definitely seems to be more proof that the entire ending is drawn from Shepard's memory.

Oh that's a shame, I didn't realise that was the same character.

Edit: Actually is he the same? I thought the one on Omega was referred to as "Batarian prophet" but the one on the Citadel was reffered to as "Preacher"? My memory's fuzzy though.

Omega=crucible from an earlier cycle, perhaps?

Or maybe a prototype Citadel? That's still home to the real Catalyst / Intelligence who was usurped by Harbinger in his turn?

Entirely possible, we know from the books that that thing is more than it seems...

As for "Project X", one dude who makes IT videos who claims to know a dude in the know is not a "prediction". It's an unsubstantiated rumor. Casey Hudson himself said the DLC cycle would be one year which, even considering the EC, they are looking to meet.

Agreed. But, it'd make sense, no? Have 2 major DLCs helping to explain the motivations of the two enemy factions in the game (Leviathan for the reapers and Omega for Cerberus) and then a final "bridging" DLC to make it up to the next mass effect game...

I was hoping more more smaller dlc missions to go alongside the larger ones like Leviathan. I feel ME3's story is a it too linear. Rarely do I ever have more than 2 missions available at one time. Usually its the next main story mission and a side mission featuring a former squad mate.

What I was really hoping to see are small N7 missions like in ME2. It made exploring worth while and made the game feel less linear because there were several options as to what mission to tackle next.

I really, really hope the preacher makes an appearance.

Apart from that there's finding out just what was so important about a mining station probably built in this cycle that TIM invaded it.

Well, the biggest issue is still the following...
did that one dude at the line to get into Afterlife manage to get into Afterlife?
You know, the guy with : "C'mon, let me in!"
I love that line... I can just walk by and enter the hot, steamy bar, knowing that I am special ^_^.

So, wild speculation:
They reused some guy of the ending in the Leviathan DLC on purpose. Go figure what porpuse that would be.
Or
It is coincidence. I don't know, to verify the latter someone should check for reused facial models on background characters.
Edit: Imagine if you see all those soldiers and realize they are all the same model as some other dead sidecharacter :o.
Edit²: I am going to play ME 1 now. Noveria being the first main mission at hardcore mode... I assume that is a challange.

Well Coates' corpse is on the citadel and there's all those flat Ashley textures, but they can be alive.
