Wow! I have never read that. it was posted 2 months ago by veru evil Chris, in the thread aimed at moving the IT discussion to the Fan Creation forums.Chris replied:

No. The IT thread remains here as it is a valid possibility for the end of the game. Anyone who does not like the IT or thinks it not to be correct is STRONGLY enouraged to stay away from discussion on it. LOCKDOWN!

...Nothing new about that. In fact, many here have used that quote when in arguments about the IT's validity and/or if BioWare denied it.

denied it?? read my post again. This is not about denying it. It's the opposite. Non-believers and deniers are not welcome by Chris.

The second part of that quote seems like they want to encourage ITers to keep speculating

And
I think deep down Aria is still a hurting. Her attitude is a defense mechanism. Jack but more poised.

A hurting?

You see, what is strange in this post, is that anyone who does not like or thinks it not to be correct is STRONGLY enouraged to stay away from discussion on it. Like, MAN!! Only those who support IT are allowed to discuss it?? Really Chris?? I thought that discussing means exchanging and examining arguements for and AGAINST sth. I don't judge Chris' post, but it shows that IT is important to Bioware.

Taking into account the context of the thread it was posted in (moving IT to fan-fiction, if I recall correctly), I think Chris' reasoning was probably more that he didn't want flame wars starting over the subject.

But I have no doubt that Bioware are probably inwardly smiling at all the discussion about indoctrination - Indoctrination Dream, Indoctrination Con, Puzzle Theory and the rest - whether they intended it or not (and given all the little audio, visual and story-based clues we'e had and are still recieving, it's pretty much impossible to argue that indoctrination doesn't play SOME part n the storyline).

Looking at the poll regarding a DLC for IT, I wish it had been worded better.  I personally would see any DLC that related in someway to indoctrination being quite an in-depth and epic affair, not just some tacked on ending bits and bobs.  I'd be happy to pay anywhere up to $25-£30 if it meant that we'd get something along the lines of Dragon Age: Awakening in terms of content....

That happens pretty late in the story.  Between ME2 and ME3.

Ya, I know. Anyway, that event kind of hurt her, I assume.

Yes, and she orders her people to avoid hurting civilians when they are pursuing Grayson.
Edit: typo

If they make a DLC centered around the geth, I WANT LEGION BACK!

I doubt Aria is Aleena. Wrex said Aleena was a big softie and how she cared about innocent bystanders. Aria... not so much. Or at all. Which is why I'm not a fan of Aria's. The only reason she's never crossed swords with Shepard is because it's never been in her interest to. If it was, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see her do so. The only reason I'd ever want her on my squad is because I am a big softie and I strongly feel she deserves to be the one to end Kei Lang. Sadly, won't happen.

Oh, Aria does care about bystanders, in her own peculiar way.

Remember Samara's loyalty mission?  Samara asks, surprised, why Aria hasn't taken steps to stop the arday-yakshi in Omega's mists.  "Why would I?  She hasn't tried to seduce me."  Sure doesn't sound like she gives a damn to me.

That's her way. Posted Image

Quick question ITers: I am going to replay the trilogy again, but I need some help picking out Shepard's class and background. So, I am wondering what class/background you guys use or think would make most sense in terms of IT.

Ruthless Adept/Vanguard Spacer playing as Pure Renegade. I don't know about its usefulness for an IT-centric playthrough, but it might be a shocking experience anyway.

You know, I must have played two dozen playthroughs of ME and have never been a Spacer? That might be interesting.

Quite a bit actually. I made like 3 videos (nothing special), Omega was confirmed, and IT has a timeline to go off of now. The last DLC is in 6 months. I'll also repost this.

@TJ basically our expectations for Omega:

Restrider wrote...

What I hope to see in Omega DLC:
- Cerberus' goals
- Omega origin
- intel on the Crucible
- Collectors/Adjutants
- Aria/Wrex confrontation (Aleena much :-° )
- breaking Omega's only rule (of course *cough*)
- finally getting to know, if that one dude at the doors of Afterlife made it into the club
("CMon, let me in!")

And a poll.
http://social.biowar...13/polls/39619/
I was actually surprised at the results. There are still some people who hate the ending but think IT is terrible writing... I will never (and hope I don't ever) understand those people. The general consensus it that whether or not you like IT that much is irrelevant; most people would prefer it to the ending we have.

Could someone provide links to the confirmation? Last thing I remember before going into "cryo sleep on BSN" was that BioWare had hinted at a DLC at a convention.

I think the big things of the DLC are going to be the bolded above. Those are my 3 biggest questions with the series at this time. (That are reasonable for BioWare to answer.) I am quite certain that Omega is of Reaper origin. To provide forshadowing in Retribution that it is Reaper related is too big to just throw away.

It is also a perfect time to add a new enemy faction and enemies to MP which is sorely needed.

Also about last Saturday...turns out I have to buy a wireless adapter for my Xbox before I can go use Live. Since then work and school have been a hassle. Until now I haven't had a chance and I am sure not going through 70 pages to catch up.

Omega is the anti-Crucible. The Crucible might be of Leviathan origin.
