ME1-94, had some nitpick issues.
ME2-80, felt much less RPG but still bareable.Loyality and Req missions were fun.
ME3-70-More RPG put back in but side quests were lacking in comparision to ME1/2.
Main story payoffs for Krogan, Quarians and Geth was satisfying in logical and emtional sense.

ME: 95 - I'm such a fanboy for this one. I even love the combat and the Mako.
ME2: 87 - Depite the switch from rpg/adventure to shooter with rpg in it, I really liked it. Great idea to build the game around characters and let it all come together beautifully in the last mission.
ME3: 45 - So much lost potential. I like the tight combat and I like some of the characters. There are some great dialogue moments in here. Mostly everything else is sub-par and feels like huge steps backwards. I don't really recognize ME in here anymore.

Story- & characterwise
ME1 - 90
ME2 - 95
ME3 - 85
(would give it 100, but -1 for each of the last 10 minutes and -5 for plotholes + treatment of ME2 characters.)
All in all: 99 (again -1 for ending of the whole series.)

ME3: 80 - The ending, Day One DLC is actually a critical piece of the story especially Thessia, the poorly executed journal, boring fetch side quests that were obviously copied from Dragon Age 2, N7 side quests blatantly designed for use in multiplayer which were we promised would not happen, etc all brought down the overall experience for me; it did have good points like smoother combat, more weapons/melee attacks (although they removed heavy weapons for some reason), more character interaction between squad mates on the Normandy, etc

ME1: 90 (Amazing universe, top 5 this gen with Bioshock, Demon Souls, Portal and Journey)
ME2: 65 (Pointless story and CoD gameplay but overall the most polished of the three and definitely worth playing)
ME3: 80 (The same CoD gameplay but an amazing story, feels extremely rushed, could be a 95+ if released in 2013)I lol'd.tonnactus wrote...
Mass Effect 2: Space Pokemon with no purpose.
Sadly it is true...
Actually Mass Effect 2 was far away from beeing polished. Shield upgrades didnt work on most squadmates except Mordin and for a long time Squadmates could ovverride your ammo "power" if they had a squad power evolution. The game also never remembered the weapons you want your squadmates to use. Have a savegame where you have to fight Bloodpack and saved after led your party switch to heavy pistols? Sorry, after loading the save they had smgs equiped...
Biotic Charge also didnt worked on the Collector Platforms...
You couldnt charge from one platform to the other.
I have yet to remember gamebreaking bugs from the first or the last game.
