It might just be me, but has this happened to anyone, where you'll be playing and all of a sudden you'll be staring at your desktop like you ALT+F4'd or something? It's happened maybe four times in total in the last two weeks. Really aggravating. I also get no error message or indication of a crash

Never used to happen to me before, but it has happened multiple times to me since the Earth DLC was installed.

It happened a few times. Once when someone else send me a game invite while I was already playing a game.

For me, 6 times. Rio accounted for 5 of the 6, FB Jade for the other. Only since Earth DLC have I gotten the instant kick back to desktop. Prior to DLC, I have gotten a few "me3.exe has stopped responding," but that is different than this. Got it with new N7 characters, but also old characters. Usually got it within the first couple of minutes of joining a match on Rio, but also got it with < 1 minute from extraction on wave 11. Got it mid-game on Jade. I only play pugs and it does not seem to matter if it is the first game with a group or later, also does not matter if I am host or client.
