He's an amazing character.  Even if ME3was a worse train wreck at the end, and there was no EC, for me ME3 would be worth it just to watch Mordin complete his (paragon) journey.

I vote for his humming and partially singing the Pirates of Penzance song as he triumphantly awaits his death.

Wow.  that was amazingly... underwhelming, Ashley.  Oddly enough, in my later playthroughs, I actually don't yell, "STEVE!"  for some reason, for that one line, my PC switches to close-captioned text, and I hear nothing.  And I'm OK with that.
