I think toward the end of the game. If I run across it on this playthrough, I'll post exactly when.

I admit it.  I'm a wimp.  I can't force myself to even look for a "backstab Mordin" cutscene on YouTube, to say nothing of actually doing it in game.

The best lines in the game are by Javik. Although the more trollish comical ones get quoted more often in these threads, Javik actually has some of the most poignant dialogue of the series when he's being serious.

I did it on my playthrough where Wreav was leader but Eve was still alive.  I felt Wreav was a risk and had to kill Mordin.  I felt awful.  Although I love the way Shepard feel bad too.  After he shoots and Mordin goes up he takes his pistol and throws it off to the side angrily.

Replaying ME1, this might be my favorite conversatrion (if it wasn't before).

Also, more of a moment than a quote, I guess, but I always loved the neutral option to letting go Saren's assistant.  Can't find a quote, Shepard says something along the lines of:
"I'm about to blow this place to Hell and back, you better start running."

I've seen Wrex's and Garrus' reaction to it thus far, loved that, too. ;p

Also, yes, the Dirty Harry Hanar was awesome.  I was running about and I had to stop to listen for a second to see if I was actually hearing what I thought I was.
