Ummmm you mean you female hero becoming pregnant in ME4? Cuz fshep won't be in ME4 just like mshep won't be (nor should they be)
If that happened it would be like fable they give you a cut scene or in BWs case they'll just give you an email in your email box on ship from your husband and or nanny saying " Your child is having so much fun today!" you don't get to see your female hero pregnant or play as them being pregnant.
Alternatively if you're male and you impregnate a female in your group or an npc you won't be able to see her impregnanet and interact with her as that way and then you child.
I don't even think they'd let you visit your child or go home at all I liked how fable handled the whole family bit but your spouse got too angry too fast and left you or killed themselves too quickly and your kid got sent to the orphanage you couldn't get them back from (until fable 3)
I really don't think BW needs to have your hero having children in ME it doesn't fit having kids in the world works but your war hero having kids during the actual game no if post war/main game play they want to settle down with their LI and have kids and are compatible then maybe they could have you interact with you and your kid.
