 I was just wondering if it was possible to transfer the achievements from one computer to another in Mass Effect 1, since I want to start playing on a new comp.

I think you need to transfer your whole profile to keep achievements intact but I'm not sure if there's anything more to that than moving the whole username/My Documents/Bioware folder.
