I always find it amusing how people complain about the lack of story in DLCs, but then they complain about A GUY GIVING YOU THE QUEST THROUGH DIALOUGE.

Im fine with dialog quest givers for DLC, so ling as they come as a part of the DLC, not the original game.

I didnt get wardens keep till i was finished my first playthrough. I remember he was trying to sell it to me in original. (360 player)

I think that's it, I dunno. I didn't see him til I was on xbox live prior to actually downloading stone prisoner/keep. Probably becomes enabled on the disc when it notices you're on an internet connection? Dunno.
