Well, because I want to make sure that Bioware will not go away with what they have done - deliberately releasing subpar product. I am here complaining (whining) to make a point - you do not treat your customers like that. Maybe they will listen, maybe not (99% chance they do not listen at all), but this will never be forgotten.

For the better games.

I'm still here because common sense dictates that developers from other studios browse this forum too. I do not think that we can ever change Bioware back to the company they used to be, but we can make other studios look at this place and make them understand that hiring amateurs for lead writing is a very, very bad plan.

Speak for yourself, I'm here complaining because I love Mass Effect and I feel like IT deserves a better ending, not myself. But you're right, BioWare's lack of honesty about the rushed product that was the original endings is pretty annoying. Not to mention all the promises.

Personally I feel BioWare actually acknowledging what the substance of the criticism of ME3 has been would greatly reduce the need to keep repeating it. That way everyone would know they at least got the message they claimed to want to hear.

I agree, OP. I suppose boycotting subsequent DLC-releases will speak even louder than our words here, but I do want to make sure that the valid criticism is still heard - just to avoid creating the impression that Bioware got away with what they did. (They refused to even talk with the fans and address the issues with the ending - and continue to do so to this day, instead recording podcasts with their own PR-people who make sure to avoid all the difficult questions.)

I am still here because of bioware broke my heart, sold me an unfinished, a game is badly put together & a game didn't make any sense.

And they will likely sell the explanations as dlc that should have been a part of the main game.

Edit: I want them to learn the mistake's they did with me 3.

I'm still here because I love what they did with the EC and I think they should be aware that alot of people support their good work too.

The EC isn't good work. Neither are the endings and neither is releasing an unfinished product. But I'm sure they've learned that they can make the fans forget about all that with free DLC. There's the lesson to be learned from ME3.

This is just your opinion...
@Oransel
Oh yea and what makes you say that? Because of BSN full of people complaining?
This is the internet, wherever you go there will always be tons of people complaining and those are always the ones that speak louder.
People who want to complain about something come here, to the forums and mot of the people who are satisfied don't feel the need to come here. (which is pretty logical)

o_O

You can't just say inaccurate things and then call them a figure of speech. Speak for yourself is an objection or an accusation, rofl. You have to level them appropriately.

So you're boycotting any attempt for them to try to make the game better? I admit I don't really understand this tactic.

That stands to question. After EC came out, there were a lot of posts saying it had saved ME3 for them.

I like the EC. As s rule, I just don't bother spamming my opinion on the complaint threads anymore. I guess it's the same for many others. It's all been rehashed ad infinitum.

As for why I'm here and still complaining: I want Miranda to appear in a DLC with her character traits more balanced than in the main game.

I guess I should be pretty mad at every developer that's made DLC, because they all sold be unfinished games too. And at TV shows in general for not giving me the whole story in one go. Not even in one season. And for all stories with sequals. Image IPB

Twas sarcasm, but actually, it's us ITers who didn't get a complete game, because with IT there is no ending at this point. Literalists have no reason to complain because they've always had a full game.

I find EC wasn't a "kind desire of heart" from BioWare to make "game better". It was a PR-move to make things better for them and make people to shut up for couple of months, so the sales stop dropping. EC may make game better for some players, but honestly, I do not think it came out of good intensions and care to listen to fans' feedback.
