Moral question of the night:

You are trapped in a locked enclosed room with two strangers and a caged starving lion.

In order for anyone to escape someone must be fed to the lion.

If you kill or harm the lion in any way poison gas will put EVERYONE to sleep. Permanently.

Once the lion is fed the sick freak that imprison all of you will unlock the door.

 What do you do?

Trick the other two guys into getting fed to the Lion.

How?  Beats me, but that's the most sensible option I'd choose.

Can't you just try to bond with the lion?

All you'd have to do is convince it that you (or better, one of your cell mates) are in fact a virgin lioness, right?

Oh I know what to do, offer the lion some blood in a bowl? Give him an ear? nose? foot? hand? everyone lives and you lose something you don't really need, the lion is happy, the people are all alive and happy (expect for one) and jigsaw is happy! Everybody wins.

I'd get some of the food over in the corner and feed it to the lion.

As an interesting moral dilemma, this isn't all that interesting. And why are there two strangers when one would do?

Because now you'll face a new problem. Who will betray whom?
Everybody has to suppress conversations between the other two and the whole thing isn't even over when you've finally gotten past the lion, as your co-traitor has seen you kill a man in cold blood for your own survival. So what if another trap awaits. Now NO trust is left. Open war awaits.

We would fight to the death.

Whoever survives feeds him or herself to the lion.

The door is then unlocked and opened.

What would you consider an interesting moral dilemma?

Shoot the ****er when he tries to kidnap me in the first place. What? Look, just because everybody involved in the Saw movies were a bunch of ****** and had an average IQ of 80 is no excuse.

But he tricked you into drinking jim jones flavored kool-aid.

By the time you wake up again you are already in my lion trap.

What do you do?

Will you do the right thing or the easy thing?

I will eat the other two strangers. Maybe the freak who imprsioned me sees how much of a sicko I am, he will be impressed and let me go.

Surely someone who would volunteer to be eaten by a lion to save two total strangers is exactly the wrong person to have mauled and eaten by a lion.

Also, what does Jim Jones taste like?

The kool-aid would have killed me, so it would be a moot point. Not to mention I tend not to take drinks from random strangers outside of large events where they are sold to me. And I don't drink alcohol(tastes quite nasty to me in any concentration above about 2%), so being impaired is highly unlikely.
