In my victory pack all i got was stuff that i could get if i bought the cheapest package and a N7 demolisher upgrade.My demolisher was fully upgraded already.Still haven't got my commendation pack yet.And i don't want to get help through Live Chat since that's pretty much useless.

Guess im gonna wait and level up my two N7s before redeeming the victory pack so I (hopefully) dont get a training card

Couldn't find any help and Live Chat seems to be broken or overloaded right now.

I just contacted Live Chat, they told me they can't add packs until Thursday, and to contact support then.

Opened both packs and only got an Eagle II and another Shadow card...*sigh* No Destroyer for me still.

Got a victory pack with N7 Slayer. But no Commendation pack. I used my N7 Shadow all weekend from bronze to gold with many extractions, and I did make sure the feedback is on.

got an eagle III and level IV ammo with some other goodies (equipment) and also got a typhoon in a spectre pack afterwords

I contacted Live Chat and was told by Rahul at EA Help that "We no more have the option to activate it whether you have complete the objectives or not."

Mass Effect MP community, is this the norm? This was my first participation in an operation weekend and I'm really not keen to ever want to participate in one again if it is the status quo of how they handle distributing packs and responding to issues. Just curious.

The N7 character you get is random. If you already had the one you got, tough luck.

I got an N7 Destroyer from my Victory Pack, but still no Commendation. EA Support keeps turning me down with their canned messages. ><

To me, they told me to send an email to Bioware. 
I just received the Victory Pack... with a card of training , I not received the Commendation Pack either.


That disappointment.

Just got both packs:) Eagle II & stripes for N7 Slayer. Hoped for Hurricane II & Demolisher/Destroyer, but at least I didn't get yet another Crusader !

It is random, so some people will get new things, some will get repeats.

C'mon guys. The pack is mainly aimed at people who don't yet have ANY N7 characters. Think about if you were in that position instead of complaining about a character card. I do understand your frustration, however.

yeah i cant complain too much, first night of earth dlc i managed to get 4 of the 6  earth n7 characters.
