Out of the millions credits I had spent prior to this weekend, I had only received one N7 character.

In the victory pack, I received TRAINING for the only character I had been able to get in all the weeks since the Earth DLC

just needed somewhere to say that I am a sad panda after the op weekend.

I got a N7 Slayer from my Victory Pack. I really wanted a Shadow or Fury, but Slayer is pretty Awesome. I just went through Bronze/Rio/Reapers with him and didn't even use a single bullet. :3

I got a Demolisher, but wanted a Shadow. I guess I have to get back to get money for Spectre Packs. I already had the Vanguard one, forgot name, but still it was good to get a different one. You would think that BioWare would have put a line of code in to check for ones that people already had and give them a new one. I know I would have been angry if I got training instead of a new one. Sorry to all of those that did as I don't think that is fair.

Whelp, I got my victory pack, but all I got was customization for my Fury. Weren't we supposed to get a new character?

Typhoon doesn't come in commendation packs.

So I got my victory pack, but still no commendation pack (and I played almost exclusively with N7 classes over the weekend.) Is there a delay between when the 2 arrive? I'm just curious, thanks.

And Hooray! I wasn't given another vanguard, though I have received enough human adepts as is to only play as one once and now have it at level 16.

English is not my first language and I've been playing multiplayer for the past two weeks. So, seriously, how do I claim my reward? I "opened" my Victory Pack and there was a N7 character, increased MediGel number and increased Missile number, but when I played there was no increased MediGel number or Missile Number. Can someone helpe me?

Just redeemed both packs, picked up a Hurricane III and a Paladin Sentinel

Normally, I'd be more excited, but the Paladin is the only Earth DLC character I have unlocked

Well so far ive only got the victory pack, even tough i make sure to meet the requirements to get the commendation pack, anyway, its been like that since the first operation i joined (9 so far and with this one it will be the 10th) but no biggie, i just wonder how long would be a reasonable time to wait to use chat support to retrieve it.

Anyway, my congratulations to bioware for the organization of the event this time, the forums timer was just great.
Looking forward to participate on the next operations.

I got the Victory pack, but like others, not the Commendation pack.
Contacted EA Support, and got this:
