Well that's just great... I don't get my pack because my feedback was off for some stupid reason. That is actually quite unfair

Feedback is on by default so you  (or someone with access to your machine) must have switched it off at some point

That's all they said to me:

Please wait for 24-48 hours the commendation pack will be added in your account.

I hope i'll receive it.

Well, I contacted support once last night, and was told to wait and try contacting them again later. And I contacted them again a few moments ago, and was told that due to a tech issue, I'm not able to recieve my commendation pack. Recieved my victory pack yesterday though. Got the N7 Paladin.

Rather confusing. Oh well.

Figures the link goes right to EA’s craptacular tech support. Last time I talked to one of those “experts” it took over an hour to resolve the issue (linking my email address to my BioWare forum account I had for years) and it still was messed up. So you’ll excuse me as I’ll wait a few days and hope this bull crap problem fixes itself before going back to EA’s finest “experts”.

Haven't read the whole thread, so please forgive me if this has already been discussed.

My Victory pack did not contain an Earth character as advertised. Instead, it contained an Operative Package II. Has anyone else experienced this?

okay got a new N7 character as promised in victory pack... but I would say that a spectre pack is better than this. rest where some crap items.

and as usual I did not get (third time!) my commendation pack. I finished over 20 games in silver with full extractions with my N7 slayer, some 10 full extractions in bronze with N7 demolisher and yet nothing at all.

I guess I won't be bothered with squad goals anymore, since I won't be getting commendation packs anyway. and writing to EA is like a total waste of time. I would rather play and unlock the rest through specter/premium packs.

Bit dissapointed with mine, with an N7 character training card and a Crusader II.

Won't say no to the 10 missiles though - I was down to 9.

Nephew got the N7 Shadow and Valiant II, so may have to injure him.

Seems people still aren't getting their commendation packs. I haven't got mine either, even though I didn't have much time over the weekend, I did still manage to do a couple of matches on bronze and silver difficulties. There should be some sort of indicator before or when the weekend operation starts notifying players if their online game feedback feature is turned off or not, if that is the issue here. Other than the feedback issue, I still don't see why certain players don't receive their commendation packs even though they're sure that they took part(and completed their squad goal) while others get them.

i got the destroyer in the VP, and have to tell you, useless without a demolisher, as your ammo/nades run out in no time

and im also jelly, as the slayer is my fave, and i havent gotten near getting him

So with operation Overwatch complete, i opened my victory pack to get a armour peircing rounds instead of an Earth Character that i didnt have. Someone tell me how this is fair

I have been participating in weekend events for quite some time. But I never get commendation packs eventhough feedback is ON. I always get my Victory packs correctly. However once I contact the EA support, they send me the commendation packs within 1 hour.

So for those who did not get the commendation packs and sure that you have completed the goal, contact EA support. Sometimes you will have to contact them twice, but trust me you will get it. This happened to me 3 times and the guys at support managed to get me the pack once I contacted them.

Do you both by any chance play in PS3? I ask because I'm starting to suspect this is a problem exclusive to the PS3, as my friends who play the game on Xbox always receive both packs properly. This time, again, I didn't receive the Commendation pack, so yes... again contacting support and awaiting reply.

Got my packs yesterday, nice new Demolisher in the Com pack, and Crusader 3 in Victory.

And to chime in on the guys having problems with packs showing up, I'm on Xbox and only once had an issue getting a com pack which was resolved in minutes.
