i got both victory pack and commendation pack

Just spoke with them to get my commendation pack. No problems or anything. I just wonder what was the problem this time around.

A lot of people mis-read this I suspect. What they meant was 'one of the new N7 characters' not 'one of the n7 characters that is new to you'.

It was always going to work out for me as I had no n7 characters and made a point of not buying sp/psp's during the event to be on the safe side...got me a shiny new Demo and a Valiant

Goto ea help website. When they ask for the name of game, type in Mass Effect 3. Choose 'gameplay' as type of issue.

When you are given the different methods to contact them, choose 'Chat' if available. Tell them the problem and they willl give you the pack within 1 hour.

Incase you do not see the 'Chat' option try Email or Telephone.

Go to https://help.ea.com/ and press me3 button. Click contact EA and fill out your info. Then choose contact options. I got mine that way. Hurricane II.

Comm. pack = N7 Valliant III (+1 upgrade)

help.ea.com is the site to use to contact ea. i was just in a chat session with them since this game has ben kicking me each match right in the middle of the game

I contacted EA about not getting an Earth Character in my victory pack and they told me to post on this forum. Can someone who works for bioware please e-mail me or contact me. I feel I deserve the character I worked so hard for all weekend to get. They didn't specify that you may only get xp for current Earth pack characters. False Advertising!

Had contacted EA Support regarding not getting my Comm pack, checked back right now, got the Comm pack delivered, Thanks EA, I hope I won't have to go through the same thing for the next one, not placing my hopes very high though. Valiant sniper rifle, must try it out soon. Got the Destroyer from the Victory pack, really wanted that character as it seemed to be a interesting one.

Yeah, just contact Live Chat support and they'll get you set immediately. It sucks that that can't rig what you get though. I got my pack and it gave me the hurricane.....so I'm still stuck using the Valiant at level 1.....but yay, they do their jobs!

The operation said that the Victory Packs would have a guaranteed Earth Character Card, not that you would get a new character if you already had N7 characters unlocked. There's still the chance you would have gotten one you already had unlocked.

Commendation Pack had the Valiant IV.... don't really use any of the Promotional Weapons. Wish it would have been am upgrade for one of my ultra-rares.

Had to LiveChat with EA support to get my commendation pack. Never had problems on any previous challenge weekends. First for me.

Who do I need to talk to about getting my victory pack issue fixed?

This is no fair. I didn't get a commendation pack AND I can't contact EA. There are no live chat people apparently and when I go on the email page it freezes!!!!!
