Goto ea help website. When they ask for the name of game, type in Mass Effect 3. Choose 'gameplay' as type of issue.

When you are given the different methods to contact them, choose 'Chat' if available. Tell them the problem and they willl give you the pack within 1 hour.

Incase you do not see the 'Chat' option try Email or Telephone.

the contact us says Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable what do i do now

I got the commendation pack and Victory Pack, commendation pack worked perfect, the victory pack glitched on me, gave me nothing but Medi gel and missiles, no charcter, BioWare fix this please, EA advisor told me to post here. I also lost 300,000 credits, took my money, and gave no items from the Premium Spectre Packs i bought.

The operation said that the Victory Packs would have a guaranteed Earth Character Card, not that you would get a new character if you already had N7 characters unlocked. There's still the chance you would have gotten one you already had unlocked.

Yup, just like when I took part in shield wall.... commendation= yes, but victory = no. Hopefully all of this talk of timers is a sign they are more organized and will be able to help.

Got another upgrade for my N7 eagle. I'v been waiting/playing endlessly for a N7 Charcter last night I got the Demolisher in the victory pack, love it. The first Spector pack I get afterwards I got the Slayer the one I've wanted since the dlc was released. Having fun now!

Just checked my MP shop, and the commendation pack still hasn't shown, but it says there's something new.

My friend was using a N7 character, it was during the operation, and I have recieved my Victory pack.
So I know I should've been awarded one.

As I said before, I can't use the contact EA website that was mentioned earlier.
There does seem to be a hiccup of some sort that prevents some players from receiving / being recognized as qualifying for a commendation pack.

Hadn't received my comm pack either but had the victory pack (no new character,but I'll just keep playing till I get what I want I guess),contacted EA Live Chat and had it waiting in the store 5 minutes later.

Now if only they could help with my massive disconnect issues,still no solution =\\

Wow, that's great! I had some nice teams to help extracting as many people as possible.
Not everybody made it, but at the end of the day I'd call it a success. Even while being happy to have made it out alive myself, I silently remember those, who got left behind giving their lives for others.

About my commendation pack, I contacted the guys at EA (over email) yesterday. My CP arrived today, got a N7 Crusader, some medi-gel and missiles.

Now I'm just waiting for the next op.

I recieved my VP on tuesday afternoon, but not the CP, and all my friends who played in the operation with me said they recieved both packs on tuesday afternoon.

I waited untill wednsday and when I saw that threre was mo CP in my store I inmediately emailed ea and recieved my CP within an hour.

The VP had the N7 Paladin and the CP had the Hurricane 2 so it was a nice reward for the long hours of playing, and contrubuting to the success of the operation, last weekend.

So my advice to you all who have not yet recieved your hard earned packs, or only one of them, is to email ea and expose your cases, they will reply promptly and positively. Don't call or chat, just email them.

To all people I played with, friends and randoms, I want to say Gracias Amigos, I'm StrangerToThe Sky and I look forward to see you again in the next operation and in our normal gameplay.

Ha! Got my packs even with my PS3 out for repair! Forgot I had an account on my brother's PS3.

As expected a cruddy Armor Piercing IV Ammo Upgrade from the Victory Pack and a Crusader II from the Commendation Pack....will take the Crusader, even though I am strictly Heavy Pistols.

Edit - Originally overoptimistic and said Crusader III

I would swap you my Destroyer for a Fury, Slayer or Shadow. I've only gotten my Victory Pack. Any reason why I'd get one and not the other? I am certain I met requirements.

(Note: I played six rounds of ME3MP with great fervor with intent to get one of those characters. I did this, mind you, after a ten plus hour drive from southwest Idaho to western Washington. Grrrrr. I want my Commendation pack!)
