You have to select an option from "Category" followed by your "Platform" at the top, you will then be able to select how you want to contact customer support. As others have mentioned though, don't bother right now because EA customer support wont do anything for you. They will simply tell you they might be able to do something in a couple days so check back then.

Woo, I got another upgrade to Crusader which I've never used, and a N7 Destroyer which is one of the three Earth DLC characters that I already had!

Got my first slayer and my first eagle. Then got my first vanguard glitch with the slayer. floating atop the map firing phase disruptors down like an angry god. It was amusing the first time. Then it kept happening.

Unlocked stripes for the Demolisher I already have, and no Commendation Pack yet. I'll wait until tomorrow morning to contact EA support, having read the info in this thread.

In the meantime, I guess I'll have to play lots of games to try and unlock the Fury. No hardship.

It's almost been twelve hours and I'm still waiting on that commendation pack. I haven't been able to raise support for almost twelve hours either. You would think that Bioware could have at least some of these issues worked out. If this was the first time it had ever happened to me I probably wouldn't feel as bad but this seems to be a constant issue for a large group of us.

Allied Goal Success: All players awarded a Victory Pack that includes a new Earth character.

....* or a character training card for an Earth character already unlocked.

The N7 Shadow is the only Earth character I don't yet have unlocked, so I was eagerly looking
forward to my Victory Pack, and kicking some butt as the Shadow.
I was quite disappointed when my efforts rewarded me lights colour for my level 20
N7 Demolisher: 
Paint for lights doesn't really constitue a 'new Earth character' in my mind.

Oh well, it's only a game.

Yeah I had 3 N7 characters already and was hoping for a new one ahead ended up getting customization options for one I already had... lame... but did finally get the hurricane...

Got a Hurricane II and N7 Destroyer. I've had pretty good luck with N7 classes in the last few days. Got the Demolisher Monday, the Destroyer with the pack, and then unlocked the Shadow.

I'm still waiting too. Every time I have to go to support to ask for. really anoying.

Ugh. Contacted support to get my missing Comm. pack, and they told me to wait 24 hours.

Then I was told they would be adding my pack soon. I was confused, since the forum says the packs are shipped. I mentioned that the developers were saying they were already out, and after a painfully long wait, they then told me that 'due to technical difficulty' they wouldn't be adding 'a pack for you.'

Asked for clarification if that meant that meant I wasn't getting one at all, and they just said 'contact us after 24 hours,' and then stopped responding.

Generally speaking, I'm not a big EA fan, but I've usually had good online service from them with stuff like this. This time, not so much.

Got finally a Shadow in a spectre pack late Sunday (my first N7 after loads of PSPs), and just to be on the safe side, had her levelled up to 20 to avoid getting a training card for her with the Victory pack, and then opened it; gave me a Paladin, not what I was hoping for, but yay, at least didn't have the same problem as others! Plus an N7 sniper rifle which I don't use. I wish we could be able to trade characters, that'd be awesome!
The good thing is, that for the first time in the UK had both the packs available at the same time as in the US, which is cool, cos usually there is a 24h delay; so yay again!

and another thing, henceforth all my classes will go up to level 20 and stay there! no more promoting, means no more training cards with any packs.

actually commendation pack already given, BUT if your place in deepest Asia like me (Indonesia) you must ask EA to be given but must wait 24 hours, so you can ask. Now i must wait until tomorrow, so i can ask them.

Strange, EA Support just told me that they are still giving out the packs and that I should contact them again in 48 hours if I still don't have my commendation. Seems like someone is wrong here... I'm betting it's the guy I just spoke to.

Also, it's a little weird that he had to ask me for my first and last name just to tell me that they're still handing out the packs to everyone.

No commendation pack here either. It's been like this ever since I started playing MP. The last automated email I received from support states that the packs are not out yet and that I should contact them in a week's time if I don't get it!

The instruction by support for players to wait a week for their packs is BS. As far as I know, we miss out on packs if we don't claim them within the week of their release.
