OK. Problem :

- A friend of mine succeed the squad goal : we played all the week-end together and got a bunch of successful extraction with at least one N7 Character in the squad in various difficulties, various enemies and various locations.
- He got a Victory Pack but no Commendation Pack
- I got both Victory and Commendation Pack (thanks for the Valiant and the Demolisher, BTW)
- He doesn't speak english (he's from Belgium)

Is there anything to do in order to reward him with the commendation pack ?

No commendation pack here either. Asked support and got the same response others have got. "Wait 12-24 hours, blah blah.."

Second commendation I've missed. Starting to feel that squad goals aren't worth it.

I just finished talking to support and they said that they may be unable to add my pack to my account at this time and to contact them again in 24 hours. From what I've heard, that seems to be the response that everyone's getting. Personally, I think they are just trying to stall us for as long as possible.

I got the same thing. I was hoping to get a new N7 character instead I got Shadow again.

There was never a guarantee of that. It awards a random N7 character. This could be any of the 6. I was missing two N7 Characters, the N7 Paladin and the N7 Fury. I had the other four. Essentially I had a 33.3% or a 1 in 3 chance of getting an N7 character unlock I didn't already have. If you only had 1 N7 character you'd have had only a about a 16.6% chance or a 1 in 6 chance of getting the same character again. It's all just luck of the draw on this one.

I get training cards for my levels 20s distressingly frequently. I think you'll only not get training cards for a character if you have all the customization options; level doesn't matter. 

For the record, I didn't get the commendation pack either--after reading this thread, I'm going to wait a while and check again. I did get a Slayer in my victory pack, which was one I didn't have (and apparently not a character I'm very good at playing!)

Sounds like I'm not the only one who didn't get the commendation pack for the squad goal they felt they earned. If I knew I hadn't qualified for it yet, I would've continued playing. But the fact of the matter is, I was part of several full extractions last weekend with an N7 character in tow. I guess I'll wait a bit too as it sounds like calling support is a waste of time. Glad I checked here first.

@Maplemoose: I continue to receive training cards for characters for which I have all the customization options (not maxed out levels, though).

And I don't have the commendation pack yet either.

Similarly, I as didn't receive Commendation Pack.
I very badly know English, but somehow contacted support. Unfortunately, received standard council to expect 24-48 hours...
For last mission of Commendation Pack as it was not handed over to me automatically.

How to receive honest earned pack - I any more I do not know.

I've also received the Victory Pack only, not the Commendation Pack. I made sure to extract twice with an Earth DLC character in the squad on sunday...

Got a ... you guessed it lvl 4 ammo. (incendiary) from the Victory pack. Still waiting on the commendation pack. Contacted support via the link above and got the "we are unable to help you at this moment" message.

im used to not get the commendation pack so i always go to support. ever since the first commendation pack event was out i havent got it once automatically.

I dont know if it's been asked before, but there will be no way to claim the reward after 1 week? Because i wont be home until 08.12 and I used a lot medigel and missile to complete this operation since i still dont have any earth character

check the countdown above (top on this page). after that hits zero none can claim their commendation pack.

24 hours later and still no commendation pack. I guess I'll end up contacting support again tomorrow. They'll probably just tell me to wait another 24 hours though. Oh well, at least I'm not the only one still dealing with this.
