With a 20 minute wait time to chat with support I'm assuming everyone else is trying it now too.   

Edited to add:  After my 20 minute wait I've got the Commendation pack and the Crusader!  Yay!

Been 24 hours since the drop, and still nothing. I'm hoping support won't try to lead me on when other people seem to be getting the com. packs from support.

Edit: Ten minute wait, got my pack. BAM Valiant V.

Since I haven't gotten my commendation pack yet, I suppose I'll have to use costumer service to get it. I'll wait until tomorrow morning for that, but would some kind soul tell me how to get there? I can find the costumer service section without a problem, but there are still a gazillion menus and no direct link to get to set up a live chat. :-/

Don't worry, I got it. Crusader I. Nice shotgun, only that I basically don't use them. Oh, well. ^^

Victory pack I got myself an N7 Slayer.

I was also one of those guys who never got the Commendation pack right away. I just finished using live chat after seeing many people having success with that and I got my pack added manually. I got the Valiant III and it only took no more than 15 minutes to do!

Sometimes i just don't understand, if EA can easily input that commendation pack to our account, why the CP not in ours straight away? I even let the Feedback option on and never mess with that button since the first time ME3 isntalled.

OR maybe the 'give all' button in EA too bugged whe giving the CP only(I'm not bashing ok, just curious if that was possible).

because Victory Pack always on my place in every event. But the CP ALWAYS contact them first in every event.

it says 9am to 10pm but i'm assuming that US time.

I'm in the US and just did it. You have to specify the game, problem, and platform before it allows you to connect.

I am from the UK and got both packs yesterday afternoon, UK time.

Boooo, I got Fury again which I'm not a fan off! So my reward was basically a secondary colour and some exp and the N7 Valiant Sniper Rifle which is nice but I already had both Widows, the Kishok and the Indra already. I prefer to use an AR and SG with some melee.

The luck of the draw I guess... Maybe I'll practice my sniping with a Fury o.O

Seriously though good job and grats to all for a successful operation!

Didn't get my Commendation pack (despite playing with my new Fury all weekend and getting extractions, etc...), but rather than going in to the live chat I just raised a ticket on the support system and requested they get back to me via email, did it last night just before going to bed (I wasn't particularily fussed about receiving it anytime soon) and checked my emails this morning and the support chap had got back to me 1 hour after I raised the ticket.

Fired up ME before going to work and the Commendation Pack was there with my Eagle II, which I'm quite happy with.

I also got an N7 Slayer from the Victory pack, which I will probably give a go but I was put off slightly as a result of a bronze game I played at the weekend that had two N7 Slayers at level 20; had to go to the other side of the map to stop my screen shaking...
