You can just change your region at the bottom of the page to US, it doesn't seem to matter where u actually are just as long as you set region to USA

I've even tried it in Chrome, the Origin client, and even (shudder) IE just in case Firefox is causing it, I get the same thing in those.


I just did this on behalf of my boyfriend who's away at the moment, we both use firefox.  I went to EA help, bottom right of the page, changed the country to USA (I'm in the UK), back to the top of the page 'contact us', and well, it's explained fully here

They sorted it right away through live chat, I was very impressed!


Thanks Frankles, I used the forum link you provided.  Was able to chat with Pranav within about 2 minutes and after explaining the problem of not receiving the commendation pack, all I had to do was provide the email address used for my EA/Origin login and he told me he had added the pack to my account.  Hopefully it will be there when I get home tonight.

I have yet to receive my Commendation pack and I know that i fulfilled the requirements for acquire one

That happens sometimes by mistake.
Contact support before it's too late to receive it.

Depends.
Did you do an extraction with a "Earth DLC" character in your squad during the operation?
(Even Loan Survivor counted this time)
If so, you met the squad goal for the Commendation Pack, and yes you get both.
We met the allied goal as a community, so we all get the Victory Pack.

Depends.
Did you do an extraction with a "Earth DLC" character in your squad during the operation?

login prompt doesn't even show up. In Opera, it says that the
email/password is wrong, even though i copypasta'd it (and copypasta'ing
it in the origin client or right here at social.bioware.com works fine
and dandy).
I did receive commendation packs quite late, but I eventually got them in past (only three or so, though).

Suggestions?

//edit: apparently, the site had some problems with special characters in the password (^ is the likely culprit)... changed it to a slightly easier one and I did managed to log in. Will see if the rest will work (in Opera, anyway).

But seriously, what makes giving out the commendation packs so complicated? It seems like a process that should be easily fully automated, I find the fact that so many people have to contact tech support to receive their prizes quite jarring.
The fact, along with the long delays makes it look as if they are attributed completely by hand.

I bet the system is having a hard time determining the thousands of players' (if not, millions) eligibility through different regions and platforms.

I'm from the Philippines and playing on a PC. I wonder if the Westerners have a high chance of an automatic reward for both packs.

I don't want to start a racial war here. There are  factors that makes the system imperfect (such as not being to track the operation progress real time due the different platforms).
