1) I've had a similar glitch to the Biotic Charge on the N7 Shadow while using the Shadow Strike skill. If I were to die before I fully teleported to the target during Shadow Strike, the ragdoll effect would go crazy then once I'm revived I will be at the extraction point but unable to use any targetting skills or shoot gun. I will also be halfway in the ground and going up and down on the same spot without the ability to move.

This happened once in Hydra while someone else hosted.  If I remember correctly, it was against Reapers and I died while using Shadow Strike on a Banshee when she was using the bubble.


2) This has been happening a lot lately...died in cloak and executed while in cloak. It's fine if I die while in cloak from some stray bullet, but getting executed while cloaked on the ground SHOULD NOT happen.
