I have added a second Xbox360 to my home so my wife and I can play ME3 multiplayer together, but I am having problems when playing at higher difficulties and even when playing bronze.  The issues are normally lag problems but disconnects mid game do happen.

I have DSL that nominally gives me 6Mbps download and >1Mbps upload speeds, is this sufficient to host a game and have a second person joining in. I have 2 routers and the consoles log into separate ones.

Also I have notices if we are using private chat that we have more problems than if we just use game chat.  Do you think that problem is connected as well?

I am not a tech person so if you can help keep the answer as clear as possible.
