I have a better idea than Gold, but shh...

I was buying out Veteran Packs to max my uncommons. Ammo powers kept popping up so I've been avoiding.

@RoseyTony Hurricane VI and all characters maxed-- I'm so jelly! I don't even have an Asari Justicar yet! Was it because I skipped buying Veteran packs and just went straight for PSPs?

I don't think so... you should still be able to obtain her in PSPs. I didn't get the female Quarian Engineer until the Male Quarians came out lol. I'd say keep on doing what you're doing! You'll defeat that RNG eventually!

Interestingly enough, I got the BW on day one and got it to III in the first week or two of release...been a go to gun ever since but haven't sniffed any further upgrades to it.  They keep giving me Javelin or Eagle upgrades...lol.
