You might be jelous at his URs, I'm quite jelous about your whole manifest. All characters@ max (Except bf-soldier, but yeah). You've got all wpn mods maxed out and almost all the weapons maxed out.

I'd very much like to have your Saber, Acolyte and Hurricane V.

Enviously, you have the Valiant IV and a good leveled Hurricane.  I wish I had the Jevelin X and at least Particle Rifle I.

Your also a volus, you must have black market contacts to help "tweek" the RNG

Smidy- good job on the guns dude, love the Paladin! It's taking me forever to get that thing leveled up. But the thing that makes me most jelly- is your consumables! If you are running and gunning gold/ platinum... I bow to you!

Edit: ... Took me awhile to wrap my head around both Medigels and OPS packs maxed!
