N7 Typhoon Assault Rifle
- Damage multiplier when fully ramped up decreased from [2.0x] to [1.5x]
N7 Indra Sniper Rifle
- Damage increased from [62.6-78.2] to [72.6-92.2]
Prothean Particle Beam Assault Rifle
- Damage increased from [17.2-21.4] to [19.2-25.8]
Smash Power
- Base cooldown increased from 5 to 8 seconds
Devastator Mode Power
- Base rate of fire bonus decreased from 15% to 10%
Incinerate Power
- Base damage increased from 300 to 330
Carnage Power
- Base damage increased from 315 to 350
Pull
- Impact damage for all kits with pull is now 100 to match Asari Justicar
- Rank 3 duration bonus increased from 40% to 50%
- Evolve 1 duration bonus increased from 50% to 100%
- Evolve 2 radius bonus increased from 2m to 2.5m
- Evolve 3 lifted damage per second increased from 20 to 75
- Evolve 4 extra damage done to targets increased from 25% to 30%
- Evolve 5 biotic combo damage bonus increased from 50% to 75%
- Evolve 6 recharge bonus increased from 60% to 150%
Gold and Platinum Difficulties
- Enemy shield/barrier damage gates on weapon damage reduced from 100% to 90%, which
means 10% of the remaining weapon damage after impacting shields/barriers will pass
through to health.
Overall nice round. the nerf to the typhoon is minimal and fine by me
the indra got a nice buff
the prothean appears to be a small buff but i'll try it in game soon
Smash got a huge nerf, no more spamming smash. this will make the vanguard alot more exposed which i don't like he needs that charge immeadiatly after smash. too bad spammers ruined it. biotics are already UP on higher levels. this makes it worse
Dev mode = 5% is no big deal IDK why they even did that
incenrate and carnage got some nice buffs
pull got a huge buff but its inablity to do anythig to armor, shields, or barriers still makes it weak. would be nice if they gave a rank 6 evoltion like lash tat bypasses shields and barriers
also shield gate is gone which is good

Does it mean that the typhoon has lost 25% of its damage? 2.0 multiplier to 1.5 means 0.5/2=25% of its damage when fully ramped up is gone... How do you mean HUUUUGE nerf...

Amazing - I was telling someone on the forums the other day here that Smash would get nerfed. There you go, Smash got smashed!
The Particle Rifle is still going to be just as worthless with the token buff. Token buffs for Incinerate/Carnage.
The Destroyer gets a minor nerf, the Typhoon is already done for, and most people don't even have it yet.

I'm happy to see the Particle Rifle getting a buff. Good thing I respeced my destroyer's devastator mode for the max clip increase. Shame to see the typhoon getting a decrease and I'm still missing that bloody weapon, that and the harrier.

Wait a buff to Wraith rate of fire too to make value on it. Wraith is an ultra rare weapon. Cant be only a little better than Eviscerator.

Pull still only works on Mooks and Guardian Shields. Should have gotten lash R6 evo on shields, but at 1/4 duration imo.
Still bad.
Typhoon nerf hurts a bit, but it will still be good.
Piranha dodges nerfs.
Shieldgate change is a solid baby step to see how things go now that the Javelin and Widow can blow off shields and do a little damage.
Indra buff is awesome.
Incinerate and Carnage buffs are good too. Maybe blow the dust off the Krogan Soldier!

Smash change is teh suck. It's a pain in the ass to use thanks to the long animation, and now I have to wait even longer before I can use it again? Resounding ~MEH~ on that one.

From these "buffs" to Pull it seems the Dev's don't understand why Pull is considered bad. You could change the duration to 100 secs, the lifted damage bonus to 1000%, and the damage tick to 1000 damage per sec and it wouldn't matter. A pulled target is a dead target even before the buff.
The problem with pull is not the damage, CD, detonation bonus, or duration. The problem is that it can't lift, prime, CC, or damage shielded enemies.

Pull still sucks, loving the indra and particle rifle buff, people will just use the slayer instead of cerberus now un-needed nerf, still don't have a typhoon so who cares about that.
Sniper buff also rules, may actually use em now since they will kill stuff. buh-bye shield gate.

Didn't see the shield gate coming, but definitely a step in the right direction for the unloved single shot sniper rifles.
Also, too early for the Piranha nerfs, which is a good sign. Bet they're still debating what can be done to curb it, without actually curbstomping it.
Bad news is that the anti-nerfers will likely be absolutely, unbearably obnoxious for a week. Yes, even more so than before.

Only decreased shield gate to 90%. I hope its enough to make the javelin useful, but at least its a step in the right direction
