this marks a new trend: no longer FBWGG is the greatest farming concern!

-smash is back to the old cooldown, still good tough, it have the range and damage from the last buff.
- Devastator nerf must be observed over the piranha. It will make her less powerful (at least on this class), so good one.
- one sniper rifle buff and at least 10% shield gate. well done.
- other buffs equaly cool
- I need to test the Typhoon now =D

Smash nerf is insignificant. As it stands, its SO spammable that you actually can't use it fast enough for its cooldown due to the animation. As long as you keep 200%, it should be fine.
Everything else is much needed. Pull . . . sadly is one of those powers which can never be good within the current mechanics it has, but its good to see it get some attention.

Shield gate reduction is nice, but it seems like kind of a token adjustment. Only 10% of remaining damage getting through is still incredibly low. Especially on a target with armor underneath, if the armor reduction applies to the 10% that gets past the shield.
Maybe, but Silver has 75% Shield gate, and its quite possible to 1 shot things there. Ultimately, this is for those Javelin users who can't kill a Rocket trooper who gets its shields back every 5 seconds.

No, 50% to the multiplier, 25% of the whole dmg (2.0 to 1.5 --> 0.5/2 = 25% of whole dmg, 0.5x of additional 1x = 50% nerf to the multiplier)
Unless I'm missing something.
