Ok simply I'm looking to know what is the best bonus power for my Adept.
I normally take Garrus and Tali for squad. Also another question. Sometimes I'll see a weapon that is listed as 'Rare' and another as 'Limited' or 'Common' but have all the exact same stats, is there any difference.?

Limited and Common weapons with the same stats are for all intents and purposes the same. You might get more money selling the Limited weapon to a store but I doubt it.

As for bonus power, take either a weapon (if any are unlocked; shotguns or assault rifles are good) or Decryption. You can probably ignore putting any points into the bonus power as the default skills are more than sufficient.

I like to select Sniper Rifles for my Adept character. I like the ability to snipe from a very long distance whenever possible, especially on Insanity. And, this may be something you already know, if you press down on the right thumbstick, you zoom even more than if you press the left trigger.
