If we got an ultra rare if we had all our N7 characters maxed, that would be, you know, overpowered so they had to nerf the packs so we get consumables instead. When was the last time I used one of the rare consumables I've gotten (which is literally all I've gotten in the PSPs I've bought in the past week)?

Absolutely. I just burst out laughing when I got yet another consumable when I have plenty of Rare gear to unlock. I swear rare gear is UR.

Big fail by Bioware on the victory packs. They should always unlock something new imo

You know the nice thing about physical CCG duplicates, that makes them not so bad? You can at least trade those with someone else to get things you actually want. Virtual CCG trash is all the downsides of random CCG, without that major upside.

YAY an N7 Fury I didn't want in the first place AGAIN when the only other I have is the Demolisher.

Thanks a lot for this random CCG garbage I can't even trade off to get something I want. September 18th cannot get here fast enough.

I only have three out of six characters, and I got one I already unlocked. And my Commendation Pack had a ****ty Crusader. So, yeah, you can say I feel cheated.

Plenty of Gear yet to unlock fully or at all.  Heck I don't even have a Geth Engineer...It could've given me that instead.

But instead.....a level four consumable......

I should go waste it in a Bronze match and take it out on some Cerberus Poopers

I have been getting them non-freaking stop since I maxed out my characters.

Look at my manifest.  I have plenty of rare gear to unlock.
The victory pack for a weekend goal should NEVER give you a one match consumable.  NEVER

No, this was something which posed a problem with an earlier Operation which did something similar.

All it was is a guarantee for an N7 character, independent of whether or not you had it or not.

Except some of us don't feel like wasting our money on virtual casinos.  A pack from a weekend even should always give you something new....and permanent.  Unless of course you have everything maxed
