I've been trolled quite a bit by PSPs. In fact, right after the Victory/Commendation Packs I dumped some credits on one...and promptly got more ammo.

No, this was something which posed a problem with an earlier Operation which did something similar.

All it was is a guarantee for an N7 character, independent of whether or not you had it or not.

thats rather crappy. i guess i won't bother participating in any more operations if all im gonna get is junk

Same here!! I've asked a Bioware guy and believe it or they said there isn't a bug going around but will continue to moniter it. The only options I can think of is to repair the game maybe something got corrupted or just stop playing until something is done about it. I'm playing on pc what are playing on? Maybe it's console based?

Looked at your Manifest and can say this the only thing your missing is the new "gear' which seems to be bugged on drop rates.

Also Valiant IV oh yea run that with my Eagle III or Crusader II or Hurricane I !

I have some gear I have never gotten, but I also have some rares that I have gotten and need to upgrade, were those new from the DLC?

At least you've got access to all the characters, OP. The Victory pack was only ever an extra stab at a Gold card, for you. I was under the impression it'd give me a new Earth character, which I was very excited about, as I've still got two to pick up. It didn't.

There must be someone, somewhere, who's only got a Paladin, and won Lights or something. That's the person I think got shafted.

This. I've noted down every PSP and SP since I maxed N7's. 10 PSP's and 5 SP's ago since i got something other then cunsumables, and then it was a Javelin V.
VP = Cryo IV CP = Crusader II
Cunsumable for helping with the OP, we have been trolled by BW big time. Only squad goals from now on...

So just out of curiosity: has anyone received a golden Gear from Victory Packs instead of a lvl IV consumable?

At any rate, I do not complain about getting stuff for free for basically playing the game for the weekend.

 LOL!! I'm not kidding when i say this, so here it is.  Last night I was doing platinum runs to save to 1million credits.  I did that, but before i did that, my last 4million creds i spent were all LVL IV consumables.  So anyway, if i at the very least didnt get a rare gear or UR drop last night, then i would have traded this game today.  However, after spending 5million credits, i got a Javelin III and some rare gear.  So i guess i will keep the game... that is until its nerfed to oblivion!!

No, not new to the DLC but new in general. Alot of my friends that still play state the drops rates are bugged for gear, likely due to a combination of drop chance or they put the stuff in as a consumable rather then an actual item.
