The first one that came up in my mind to replace Wynne was Morrigan, but in doing so I must use the respec mod so I don't mind. Any suggestions for a good lineup? Keep in mind I will be playing on nightmare mode. I also would like to add that I have both Warden's keep and Shale's DLC.
Advice for nightmare mode chaotic companions.

You don't HAVE to make her a spirit healer, just have to micro manage those pots. Keep in mind she'll be able to become a SH at 14. (Granted I understand the hatred for her useless shapeshifter spec.) Just saying. Either way if you are going with Morrigan and not wynne. I'd use sten (his missing spec can be corrected with respec mod, yes?) The other spot would depend on your PC. A bard rogue for off CC can always help however. If you're running a second mage I would reccomend going with
Shale - Sten - Morrigan - You
If you're going with melee dps/archer
Shale-You-Morrigan-Whatever you find lacking. Lelliana/Sten/Alistair if you really need a second tank. However, Shale does very well.
