Wrex has been a clan leader for a long time, and Grunt has only been out of his tank for 6 months, but am I the only that think Grunt should be leading the Krogan, sure you might say he doesnt have the smarts to be a leader, but what other Krogran could survive a Reaper rachni swarm on his own ?

well first off

Wrex has years of experience. His brother Wreav even said Wrex is the only one to have taken down a Thresher Maw since his Rite.

Grunt had Shepard help him. Without Shepard, grunt couldn't have made it. Enough said, this question shouldn't even be asked.

remember it was Grunt who went to Wrex/Wreav for help in the first place

Wrex, he just has so much more experience. Leading the Krogan effectively isn't something you can do just by being the strongest. I could see Grunt as Wrex's protege, though.

If they fought for control of the Krogan at this point, I feel Wrex would win. But he's almost 1000 by now, he doesn't have much longer, and Grunt is perfect for leading the Krogan after Wrex is gone. Well perfect for leading them to rulers of the galaxy, but the Krogan deserve to lead. They will be the Protheans of the post Reaper War. And it's all thanks to Shepard. You go girl!

I was surprised to see Wreav being the leader. I thought after proving his value by defeating the Collectors Grunt would lead the krogan.

Hey in all fairness to both krogan I personally think it would be a pretty even fight,sure some can argue and say that Wrex has biotics and exp over Grunt but Grunt has the best qualities of the krogan and held off that many rachni and survived unlike Urdnot Dagg when he tries to hold the line .I don't think Grunt should lead the krogan just yet as he is still learning but hands down he will be Wrex's successor any one else agree?

I agree.  Grunt has much to learn, but he would probably be a great krogan leader a few centuries down the road.

I agree.  Grunt has much to learn, but he would probably be a great krogan leader a few centuries down the road.

Grunt still needs to grow. Wrex may be technically biologically inferior, but he has the life expirience to best Grunt.

Granted, within his lifetime, Grunt will surpass Wrex. That point, however, has yet to come.

What?  Wrex is old, but not that old.  I think he might be close to a thousand, maybe even a bit older, but no non-Reaper is that old.
