[King Amazing]

Hi, I participated in Operation Overwatch this weekend and got a number of full extractions with my N7 Paladin. When Bioware released the packs I only got a Victory Pack. Am I doing something wrong?

I just decided to get on ME3 within the last half and hour and i looked at the store and it only gave me a victory pack even though that i had numerous extraction with the whole team with my N7 Paladin but i didn't receive a commendation pack can someone look into this for me
