I participated in Operation Overwatch with my N7 Shadow and I got the victory pack but not the commendation pack.

i didn't get my commandation pack for operation overwatch, too, only the victory pack!?
i completed the squad mission with three of my friends and they got their commandation packages and yes i've turned the feedback option on!

the same **** happened on the weekend where i had to promote three of my characters. i did this, but i didn't get my commandation pack!?

Same here. Most of the people I helped with my N7 Destroyer had their pack yesterday, but I didn't get it.

From what other people have said, EA support tells everyone to come back here. I will only go there if it doesn't show up by tomorrow. No need to begin an endless cycle that is a waste of both the support person/robot's time and mine over a weapon in a game unless it doesn't show. The packs have shown up as late as Thursday before.

 I contacted Ea support and they refered me here. same thing I particpated did about seven good runs and still no comendation pack but the people I played with did.
