Ok so to days ago my blu ray player on my old fat system went kaput.   So I began backup up my save files for ME 2 & 3 And a few other games onto a flash drive.  

However I was unable to backup my profiles.

So this morning I went ahead and installed ME 2 and ME 3 and all the DLC onto a new system, along with my saves.

But now I release that all the powers I unlocked were part of my profile.

Could this case problems when using a backed up save?

I just unlocked Slam from Javik right around where I should be unlocking Dark Channel from him.  So I'm guessing that I'm unlocking all the first conversation powers instead of the second ones, can this cause problems with unlocking additional powers in new games?
