Invalid: They actually need more than one intsa-kill move, such as flying head scissors or calling in an air strike.

Looking at the OP, its obvious - let the Phantom dual wield her own GPS X and Claymore X for close up protection.
Then when players get too close, she can GPS stunlock and then qhickly follow up with a killing shot with the Claymore to the now stunned players head to negate the players shieldgate.

5. MOST IMPORTANT - make phantoms immune to STASIS. This power is not supposed to completely incapacitate high-level enemy units and make them useless, it's for crowd control of little units like the standard troopers.
These changes would force people to keep phantoms at range and make people pay MUCH more attention to their surroundings to make sure no phantoms sneak up on them.![]()
