I leave a team, when I see that the players do not have medigel or missiles, or are using weapons too weak to play at the Gold / Silver! It's the only thing that bothers me. Overall, I help when possible, until we reach the extraction (or die) and then go away. Beginners, do not play at higher levels without proper basic equipment!

I found this kind of funny.  Sometimes I wish the people I seem to get PUG'd with in gold lately had this mentality.  At least the Bronze players seem to have/use consumeables.

This.  I play one gold before I head to work in the a.m.  It's never enough when the group is good.

Reegars on low level characters who think gold is a good idea for extra xp's. Especially on Krogan and Vorcha. I just detest the cheese fest that is the Reegar, unless its on a Krogan Vanguard.

on silver and bronze I will only leave if the other players are taking to long to get ready. I couldn't care less about what their level is and what gun they are using. I don't use consumables on those levels anyway so im not really loosing anything if they don't play well.

Ill occasionally leave gold lobbies is the other players have a really low N7 rating and are using really low power guns and low level characters. Sometimes I just remove my consumables and play anyway.

There are two main reasons I leave a lobby.

#1 by far far far is when people are slow to ready up. I wait for about 3 minutes maximum and then I'm gone unless I see some real activity as far as equipping things.

#2 I don't think the team is strong enough to handle the level I am going for. This rarely happens.

I sent them all FR and message saying I had to go to work but would like to run a few games later. It's rare when u get a group of randoms let alone new to the game randoms that play smart (they were all under n7 20.)They died a good bit but none of them had a character over level 10. But they had  mics and would call out to warn what was around them when they went down. We were playing reapers silver so sneaky ravagers were hitting them hard. The one even kited a banshee away from the hack circle for us then called where he was when the hack was over so I could come help since I was a fury. It made my morning game before work fun so if any of the group that ran with hulkingskag (my other account) are on kudos to you and thanks. Hope to do it again

For anyting else I use mic and request a break of X minutes (BRBs, snack-runs, smexytime, rescue cat, etc.).

So THIS is what people are doing that don't ready up. Their having their "smexytime"!!!
I'll keep that in mind next time I'm wondering what on Earth people are just doing when they don't ready up.

that happened to me last night, about halfway through Wave 11 my internet decided I had been playing for too long and cut out on me, what was worse I was host, so the other three people had to redo the wave.
