I completed both of the objectives, yet I only was given a Victory pack. My feedback is turned on, so I don't see what the problem could be.

Haven't received mine either. Folks around the BSN say to wait until Thursday to call it a "problem".

This happens very often. In the Origin application, go to the help section and click on live chat. Describe the problem and after giving them some personal details (email address and name) they give you your pack. It takes about two minutes. Sometimes an incompetent employee tells you to post heer or wait a week, but ignore that. Just try again until you find someone who will give you the commendation pack.

Oh I just created a topic like this, I was in a rush so I did not notice this thread.

In addition to the live chat option, Chris Priestly mentioned the standard procedure for reporting this issue at the conclusion of this (and every) event:
Support was very helpful in correcting the problem for me after the last event.

Ok, but I've found the following page in this matter:

So when You've completed the options, but your gameplay feedback is OFF, then you are f*cked up, and you won't get the Commandation Pack.
My question is, really so bad the reporting via log files on the EA/Bioware Mass Effect servers, that they are unable to decide, wheter we completed an option or not?
Now we are in 2012 and I think this is not an impossible challenge/request.
