Hello there.

So I had a bug on single player, where suddenly sound went off, and lost 1 squad member. I was doing the Tuchanka mission, where I had to pull over 2 buttons to call Kalros.

I was playing with Garrus and James, when I started the event, sound went off, and James just disappeared. The interface was just showing Garrus and me.

Well, I went back to the game menu, and go back to the game again, but still no sound, no James. I had to restart Origin to make it work.

That happened long ago. 

But.

I got the same bug on multiplayer today. I was playing with my N7 Destroyer on platinum. Suddenly sound went off, and my screen was frozen. I know it was just the game, because I was hearing music, and it didn't stop. All was fine except ME3.

Also, the game continued w/o me, for some reason. Mobs were still hitting me. And team mates were still seeing me there. But I couldn't see or hear anything.

I have ME3 Collector's edition.

Try to click on Alt+Tab and open the game again from the task bar, this should solve everything .
