Shop for add-on list empty in Origin - cannot get Earth DLC

 - can log in to Origin Beta - can start and play ME3
 - Shop for add-on list is empty on Origin Beta/in game Origin - cannot get Earth DLC (my problem)
 - cannot log in to EA.com so I cannot contact customer support 
 - on EA.com I can change my origin password - but even after I've changed the password I still cannot login with it to EA.com :blink::blink:

Help ?


EDIT - my origin login credentials work on ea.com - But the customer support is I suspect at help.ea.com -> that asks me to login again with my origin credentials - and it always fails ..(bad email or password)

Why can't you login to EA.com ? any errors ? do you know the Email you signed-up with ?
Try re-installing Origin or ask a friend from another country to purchase it for you as it's free, I did so once :).
You can also try to update Origin.

Aren't EA.com & origin login credentials the same ??  Origin is not the problem - I can login to origin... But on EA.com - wrong email/password ..Did reinstall Origin a few times on a few computers using a couple of separate internet connections from various ISP ..

Can someone else "puchase" Earth DLC for me ?

The reason is simple :), EA website needs you to login using the Email not the username :DD.
And yes, anybody can purchase it for you but it has to be someone trustworthy as you will have to give him/her your credentials, good luck :).

Nope email or no email - it doesn't work on help.ea.com ...

On the second point I was hopping to an option similar to steam gifting using their own credentials... Having someone else attempt to do the purchase from another country using my own credentials is not quite the same ...

Have you tried clearing the browser cookies and cash ? also trying from another browser ?
You can do one more thing is to create a new account and contact the support through that new account about your permanent one, and you can also contact the customer support in your Origin client by clicking on (Origin V9.0 requires) help, Origin help and click on the upper button called Live chat :), you have to have your Origin on English to see that option, good luck :).

Will attempt the origin client live chat option again ... First attempt got me disconnected without warning ..

EDIT - the live chat seems incredibly buggy - and keeps disconnecting ...

The EA helper is trying to tell me something - but I cannot write back ...

EDIT2 - apparently even if the chat bugged - they were able to help me - as I restarted orign - earth DLC started to download ... (purchase add-ons list still empty ) .. So for the next free add-ons will have to go trough this again
