 Alright whenever I find a platinum  match 95% of the time it has the geth as the main enemy  and most of those it is one firebase white. Why does everyone use these so much. Honestly I hate it use some variety people anyone agree

They do this because they want to farm. I personally dont know if this combination is good for farming or if they just switched over from gold.

Truthfully I find that map hard on platinum and the geth seem to be the hardest. It seems like Cerberus would be the easiest except the phantom is a b**** on platinum

With friends, that map is a cake walk when we draw it on Platinum. I agree though, Cerberus seems easier, but we've never had problems with the phantoms.

This is done to reduce the numbers of banshee encounters. If the enemy faction selected is Geth, Cerberus joins on wave 3, and Reapers come on wave 6 (no banshees that round til wave 7 I think).

because of farming. Plain and simple. Banshees get stuck on the barriers making it 100x easier. Geth starting is easier to manage than Cerberus or Reapers. Its the same tactics of Gold, except having some sort of team synergy comes in handy

FB White breaks banshee movement.  You know "those counters".  Bouncy Banshees. I'm not entirely sure why, unless I could get my hands on the actual maps in the editor themselves, and the full AI pathing routines...Not like that would happen anytime soon.

Yup, done to farm. Money is nice, and Platinum has the most to offer. Camping FBW is the easiest way to get your hands on said money, although frankly you can work with any of the factions. People seem to just choose Geth out of habit from Gold.

Wouldn't bother me if the people I found there had actually played more than a handful of bronze and silver matches first. 'N7 rank 100 foo! Me and my Avenger 6 are ready to rock platinum! Don't you tell me how to play this game dude I got it!"

They use it because the control room in it is fairly defensible (Stray Phantom attacks notwithstanding.) People play Cerberus/Glacier for similar reasons. (Except with that one they spam powers through the walls.)
As Taddi said, comparatively easy money.

That's not true. Granted the PC has less farming than the Xbox, but there are still FBWGP farmers.

There is a glitch in FB White. You can farm platinum just as easy as gold. Geth is preferable because of phantoms and banshees.

You clearly didn't understand my point. I never said no one on the PC farms. I'm saying PC multiplayer never has the problem of falling CONSTANTLY into farming games. And that is just not a problem that has existed. It's pretty damn rare to join FBWGG or FBWPG.

I know about the glitch with banshees but I actually get destroyed by geth. I know I am alone in that but also I find it ironic I destroy the geth in SP in MP I seem to get destroyed

Has nothing to do with arrogance. There seriously aren't that many farmers on PC that if you go U/U/G or U/U/P that 95% of the time you end up in FBWGG or FBWPG. Go play PC and find out...it's only statistics or whatever you want to call it. Reality, maybe?
