 I have had a repeated problem in which I continually loose items and purchases.  I unlocked a nifty little krogan battle master and the host left the game.  Got kicked to an empty lobby and no battle master.  This is not the first time I have lost the progress.  I have contacted EA several times and they say there is nothing they can do please bioware help get these bugs fixed.
