I did not get my commendation pack either... I contacted ea tech support but i will still post in here!! Hope someone is reading this!!!

Contacted EA Support through Live Chat (only waited 3mins, though it said 17mins) and recieved my pack. Took 30 seconds. I suggest everyone do this.

I just successfully got my pack through live chat - a Hurricane II, which is just what I wanted.

The thing is we shouldn't have to go through live chat in the first place, meh, I'll just wait until next time to get a comm pack.

i like how bio can supposibly fix the inf rocket glitch but how are they going to fix the palidin gun glitch that gives you 50thousand evertime you kill with it starting to regret the fact i jumped out of that game it was giving me credits like crazy

It is messed up that I've been going back and forth with Customer Service for the past few days and they refuse to give the commendation pack even though my settings are correct and I got the victory pack for Operation Overwatch. This is the third time that this has happen. They really need to fix this reward system.

I tried going to the EA help, but the person told me that the Commendation Packs were "Out of Stock"

Just a guess, but there was a time limit to redeem packs actually won. (i got my victory pack, but not my commendation pack) If I did not redeem my victory pack in time, it would have expired. "Out of Stock" is an odd phrase when referring to something that doesn't exist..
