It is IMPOSSIBLE on easy mode without a healer.

No it isn't. You need to immediately pull the undead on your tanks or otherwise incapacitate them, the moment you go down to the militia. Use taunt/cc abilities (warrior shiels abilities), pommel strike, 2 handed weapon sweep, cc spells like sleep/horror/mind blast/paralyze. Focus on the undead targetting the weakest militia members (or those that are low on health) and kill them as soon as possible. It's a bit tricky but far from hard on easy mode.
