Did not receive my Commendation pack!? Whats going on, please help mods

Hello, yesterday I received my victory pack but no commendation pack. Iam 100% sure that I completed the squad goal and the online feedback thingy was activated as it always is, so I dont understand why I never got my commendation pack.

I though I'd wait till now to see if I get my pack perhaps a little later, but as I still havent got it I'd like to know why I was left out.

I am absolutely sure, that the feedback setting was enabled, I played more than 20 matches
as a N7 Paladin on sunday, with several different teammates playing Earth DLC characters
and also other characters, many full extractions and few partial extractions.
I contacted the support, but got no commendation pack until now.
Curious if this will work out somehow. And it would be nice to know if I can do something
to prevent such a situation in the future. It is quite annoying...

I also received the Victory Pack, but not the Commendation Pack. I know I had at least 4 full extractions with two different N7 characters (a Fury and a Destroyer) on both Bronze and Silver.

The EA Live chat is a pretty quick process to get commendation packs that were not automatically distributed. I've had to use it twice now. The counter up top is a nice resource to verify that the packs are out and now is the time to contact Live Chat if it isn't there yet.

Just make sure you describe that you completed the goal.
You can tell them that others have already received theirs.
Use the timer as a resource that they should be out now, and not to wait a week.

Yes, please read the thread before you post in it.  I'm not intending to sound snarky, but rather giving very practical advice that will help you in the future.  A very helpful answer was given in the post directly preceding yours.

Thank you for that information. worked perfectly for me. Very nice person there in the chat! i took around 3 minutes and  i got a hurricane I :)

Ok I finally got my pack aswell, just use the live chat as that is a quick way to solve this.

It happened to me last operation, and I sent a support ticket in.
And, they replied and gave me a pack in the same day.
Try sending in a ticket. :)

It's often too slow. Live chat is quicker and safer. The email support sometimes just asks you to wait a week and a week later they tell you the packs expired.

I will also add that I have submitted a support ticket for in-game related issues, and their response was to post the issue on the board. Coming from years of other online games, this seemed counterintuitive seeing as most games are unable to help unless you have a support ticket filed.

So for me, posting an issue to this board isn't borne out of some unfamiliarity with the process, but rather, apparently, very misguided directions from the Support Ticket system itself.

That said, if the issues persists when I get home tonight, I will be trying the Quick Chat support system this time around.
