Buff Talon, nerf Avenger. Not for balance, but because I love the Talon, and nobody uses the Avenger.

Reegar nerfed x3, but I would increase its clip size and ammo by x3. The Reegar is only broken due to its burst DPS, but its sustained DPS is pitiful.

And if just about any gun had their damage buffed by 3x would make it way op. A 3x damage boost to the Avenger would make it stronger than the Harrier.
