Last night finished playing a Paladin and promoted him, then switched to a Shadow that I had previously played.  Since she was ready to go, just selected the character, changed the gear bonus to an appropriate selection and started the next match.  Much to my surprise, when I got to the map (Londow), the powers I'd specced were not in the quick keys at the top of the screen.  Gritted my teeth and played what I thought was a character with only one point allocated to one power and nothing else.  

After the match, went to powers and discovered that the powers were allocated, but in a different manner than that which I had specced.  So I used yet another respec card to put them back where I had them.  The next match, the power I had specifically not selected (shadow strike) was once again showing in the quick key.  I thought it had respecced itself again.  It turned out not to be true.  The points were where I had put them, but that power showed up as available for the rest of the night on the quick key (selecting it wouldn't do anything, since no points were allocated).  Other than the irritation of having to use a second respec card to reallocate points, not a big deal.  But it appears to be a bug and was told by tech support to add it to the forum.  I play on PC.
