EA tech support agent Frank sent me here to report no commendation pack. (866 543 5435 I believe their # is...); they said to post here that you wonderful people would get it taken care of. I appreciate the time and the help....

Online feedback is ON as always for challenges and feedback

I received the Victory pack, and the people I played w/ all weekend got all their packs. Never had a problem w/ past challenges.
