I'm seriously about to quit playing this game online. I just got over half way through another Gold match only to have the Mass Effect server to crash and kick me out with no credits. This has happened SOOOO many times. Plus the other day I had a glitch where I couldn't take cover. My character would start to, and then bounce back off of it. Then, along with that glitch, enemies started disappearing and reappearing all over the place. I've never had this kind of trouble in other multiplayer games.

This has been happening all day today for me too. As for the taking cover, that has happened before to me as well, but I can't even go to the MP screen or see my manifest on this site now either.

For the past 3 months this has been a constant issue for me. The servers are useless, I have contacted EA customer support and they don't know what to do. I keep telling them the issue and they bounce me around. I am super frustrated today, this last rep after hearing my issue then proceeds to tell what to fix for BF3 on PC. After clearing that up, she then tells me it is a temporary issue that will be taken care of soon. So I asked about the NAT type and sends me a link that doesn't work. I told her that link doesn't work and she explains that she was saying the NAT type question I had was what was wrong. Confused? Me too. How can she tell me something is not working if I haven't asked for it yet.

I just had it again last night. I was on Gold, wave 10, just finished with an escort mission, so we've earned full credits for the match already. Then I start noticing major lag and the server dropped. So, I lost another 25 minutes of my life and 70k credits.
I would be happy if I could just get my credits from all these server issues.

It has never happened to me but I don't know if your Xbox, PS3 or a computer. ( I have an Xbox and an Ethernet cord)
