I saw multiple Geth Rocket Troopers do the same. It's an entire clan! They are in EVERY geth match.
Also I would like to report the following users:
Geth Pyro for glitching the flame lenght
Geth Hunter for firing when in singularity or pulled
Geth Prime for throwing turrets at impossible angles
